Eyelid Surgery Case #311

This 67 year old male patient who had a history of upper and lower eyelid surgery in the past.  He had scleral show ( whites of the eyes) and ectropion of his left lower eyelid.   She is shown here one year after   his lower eyelid repair as well as injectable fillers along his lower eyelid / tear trough region as well as botulinum toxin injections.  decided he needed to do something about his upper eyelids, as it was causing vision problems.
