As I consulted with my 70-year-old patient, it became clear she had considered the option of a facelift in Dallas for quite some time. Motivated by a desire to smooth out age-related wrinkles and restore an endearing youthful facial contour, she expressed her wish to look as vibrant and spirited on the outside as she felt on the inside.
