This 50 yo desired non- surgical rejuvenation of her face. She wanted improvement in her upper and lower lids as well as her neck and jawline.  She is shown here 4 months following upper lid blepharoplasty in the clinic under local anesthesia, Belotero Balance to the tear trough area and ulthera to the jawline and neck.  The upper lid procedure allowed some crepe like skin to be removed without hollowing her. The filler softened the appearance of her lower lids and the ulthera treatment improved her jawline and neck.
